The internet is filled to the brim with bad information related to dental work, bad information leads to bad decisions. The main problem with the dental misinformation on the internet is that it leads to unnecessary dental work. Our team’s concerns go beyond our own patients' health, through the internet we see an opportunity to help people worldwide.

Smile Care Dental is a dental clinic in the small town of Cambridge in Ontario, Canada. The clinic has been independently owned and operated for the past 20 years by Dr. Adam Szymczak and Dr. Joanne Baldos, who are married to each other.

We chose “Smile Care Dental” for the clinic’s name because we truly care about the health and wellbeing of others: our patients, our families, our team, our communities, and all people around the world. And that’s also the reason why we have put so much work into our blog with honest and helpful dental care information.

People are getting too much dental work done. We believe that just as the best doctors give the least medicine, the best dentists do the least dentistry. Dental work leads to more dental work in the future, because nothing holds up long term as well as your own tooth structure.
