Jason Smith

I currently work for a global data company leading a data innovation team building and testing new business models utilising AI and other technology.

Previously I established a research lab in Amsterdam utilising social physics, network systems & machine learning to understand the critical factors behind scale-u success.

Prior to that I co-founded and led a social media data intelligence software company and was recognised by TechCityInsider as one of the top 200 tech entrepreneurs in the UK and was featured in the The Memoand Forbes on using social sentiment to predict elections.

I advise and mentor tech start-ups.

I have also written and presented two radio documentaries for BBC on social media/data (Being Social) and more recently on AI and it’s impact on our lives (Becoming Artificial)
