I am the Broker /Owner of Homestead Realty in Grandville, Michigan. I have been in residential real estate for nearly 15 years beginning with RE/MAX and then opening Homestead at the start of 2013. I'm passionate about the real estate industry and exceeding the expectations of all our clients who put their faith in me to handle the buying and selling of one of their largest assets. Real estate is now marketed across the globe with the power of the internet but make no mistake, it is still a very local business. There is no substitute for local market knowledge , local relationships, and local reputation. It is for these reasons that I love this business and the community in which I work and live. I have lived in Grand Rapids area since 1986 when I relocated here from the Northern New Jersey to attend Calvin College. Upon graduation from Calvin, I married my wife Joelle and settled here in Grandville where we raise our three children Zach, Stephanie, and Katie. I enjoy being involved with our community, church, and school. I enjoy coaching, socializing with friends and family, fishing, and just about anything outdoors. West Michigan has become home and a wonderful place to enjoy living, working and raising my family!
