As a leader I am always striving to bring people together in collaborative ways, finding innovative solutions to traditional processes. The “Orange dot door” initiative that I championed ensured that all doors are safely closed before the operator drives away – because safety is paramount to me.

I strive to bring passion to the work that I do, and as a skilled strategist I am always thinking of the future while ensuring that the day to day operations run effortlessly.

I oversee the delivery of bus services across 7 Divisions, operating 176 routes, covering 6250kms, and accommodating over 261 million rides. All 1920 of my buses must operate safely, as both my passengers and my 5000 employees need to get home to what matters.

We play an important role for so many people, as they create the stories of their life. Commuters, families, tourists – all finding their way across the Greater Toronto Area.

My diverse employees have come together to ensure that our operation successfully and safely covers over 141,000kms a day – because without us, so many people wouldn’t have a story to tell.
