In 2000 after ten years in various roles in the recruitment industry, Stuart and a group of former recruitment colleagues started e-cruitnow Limited and created the UK's first multi-posting and applicant tracking system, web-cruit. In 2001, Stuart joined Pertemps Group reporting to John Butcher, the former Trade and Industry minister, in Pertemps' technology acquisitions section and worked alongside John on a number of technology acquisitions including that of e-cruitnow. The following year Stuart was appointed Managing Director of JOBS Group and tasked with developing the JOBS recruitment brand into the world's first integrated multi-channel recruitment business, using voice, web and digital television. In 2006, Stuart's technical, recruitment and M&A; background proved invaluable in his current role as Managing Director of Kaonix Solutions Limited. When he is not working, Stuart is regularly seen pounding the lanes around his home in Worcestershire with Scooby his three year old Vizsla.
