I am an advocate of the Creative Commons. I write about Creative Commons music and culture on The CerebralRift. My podcast, the CerebralMix is a showcase for Creative Commons audio (music and spoken word).

I am also regular panelist on the Kernel Panic Oggcast, where I've been known to be something of a technology curmudgeon.

My day job is in engineering and administering Linux servers in a large scale production environment (over 5000 servers).
