Hello, and welcome to my about.me page! I am a certified Learning and Development professional with a passion for helping people grow in their careers. My journey began as a recent engineering graduate at Capgemini, where I was groomed through onboarding and various technical and behavioral training. It was during this time that I discovered my love for L&D and decided to pursue it as my career.

Over the years, I have gained experience in a variety of fields related to L&D, including HR, People and Culture, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Onboarding, and End-to-End Training. I have onboarded more than 100 employees, trained over 70 experienced trainers, and managed engagement activities for 80+ employees.

My domain expertise includes Supply Chain, SAP, Sales, and Insurance. I have had the opportunity to work with start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies, and my most recent stint involved leading the entire SAP Workstream project. I handled more than 10 stakeholders and SMEs from TCS and Philips sides, taking the lead on training need analysis, making training catalogs, designing the training, and delivering them on time.

For me, communication and training are more than just professional interests; they are my passions. I believe that with the right mindset, you can grow, learn, and evolve in any situation, regardless of your surroundings or the people around you.
