I have many years of IT experience... Work places include The World Bank Group in Washington DC, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in San Francisco and some small IT startups in India.

I write extensively on Quora.com, offering my two cents of advice. Happy to say, I am able to get people off dangerous psychiatric drug dependence and to help them in adopting a healthy lifestyle that includes diet, spirituality, exercise and psychotherapy.

I hate psychiatrists and the Big Pharma. Together they are wreaking havoc with millions of people around the world. I believe that human brain is way too complicated for even the most competent psychiatrists to understand, leave alone diagnose and treat mental illnesses. The only thing they are interested in is to profit insanely from perpetually dependent population. If there is any psychiatrist out there who will only prescribe medicines for short term use (4-6 weeks), then I admire such doctors. All others are slick snake-oil salesmen. Healthy eating (avoiding junk foods, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Aspertame, preservatives, fluoride and a whole lot of poisons) and exercise ought to help people immensely in their fight with mental illness. Removing toxic relationships is another important step.
