I am a great believer of positive thinking and believing in your own ability, if you do not believe in yourself then no-one else will. If you work hard and take the odd risk then good things will follow. As I have got older I have learnt that sometimes you need to push through the uncomfortableness to create new life experiences and opportunities. You can even have fun in the process!

I have nearly 10 years management exeprience as well as training experience, I have since diverted into legal credit control which I enjoy but the one thing I miss is the sense of satisfaction you get seeing the results of your coaching and training.

I would describe myself as a fast learner and hard working with a drive to succeed. I also pride myself on my ability to build a rapport with people at levels. Self development is also important to me which is why I have started studying AAT.
