Sanelisiwe Nkambule

I am a Bachelor of Education student at the University of Johannesburg, specialising in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Life Orientation. I am passionate about science education and creating meaningful, learner-centred experiences that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and active engagement.

Since the beginning of 2026, I have volunteered with Classroom Buddies, gaining practical experience in learner support. In the second semester of 2026, I also began tutoring Life Sciences 2B at the University of Johannesburg, supporting students in understanding Life Sciences concepts and developing their academic confidence.

These experiences have strengthened my communication, tutoring, collaboration, and learner-support skills while allowing me to apply my BEd knowledge in practical learning environments. I believe learners learn best when they are actively involved, supported, and encouraged to think critically. My goal is to continue developing as a reflective and dedicated educator who contributes positively to the learning of others.
