For the past few birthdays, I have celebrated completely a list of goals. When I was turning 36, I made 36 goals I wanted to work on until that birthday. It was such a fun experience, I have continued doing it! I have dusted off old skills, stepped out of my comfort zone, and pushed myself in new ways.

I find myself thinking a lot about improving organizations, being more effective, making things beautiful, and how to live life more fully!
