Leslie Errington

Leslie Errington is a mission-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, AI, and healthcare innovation. After leading growth for global software companies serving life sciences and pharma, she founded Vital Ally, a nonprofit health tech platform inspired by her personal caregiving journey. Leslie’s work focuses on supporting families—especially those in underserved communities—with tools that simplify and humanize the caregiving experience. She also leads The WIT Network's Northern California Chapter and serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the San Francisco Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Outside of work, Leslie is a wife, step-mom to two amazing young adults, and a passionate advocate for equity, connection, and at-home caregivers. She also enjoys walking her dog, Hunter, and participating in other outdoor activities, such as running, cycling, and snowboarding.
