By day I manage social media and integrated marketing strategies for a b2b marketing services agency in Rochester, New York. I am the brains the blog Fifth Gear Analytics.

I am a Believer, who loves my husband and children, loves artichokes, and is an avid NASCAR Fan! (Go Tony!) My husband and I working through our bucket list of getting to a Sprint Cup Race at ever major race track on the circuit.

I am currently working on an artichoke cookbook, and you can find me most days disguised as an Artichoke on Facebook, or in my Artichoke Store on Zazzle. I also volunteer my time doing some freelance web development and social media for non-profits and small businesses who could not otherwise afford a web presence.

I serve in a ministry called Celebrate Recovery that brings healing for lifes hurts, habits and hang-ups covering everything from addiction to relationships issues.

I love to connect with new people for many reasons, from sharing recipes, to learning about new marketing technologies and sharing the love of God.
