I fiercely believe in the power of supporting people and enriching the lives of those around me by sharing my personal medicine: meditation.

The practice of being with myself teaches me to better understand myself, which in turn helps me to better understand others and their needs. This was the spark for Vibes Included: a movement that encourages new ways of expression and deeper communication with ourselves and others.

I have worked with global companies such as Soho House, Unconventional, Wellness in the Schools, among others. My sweet spot is the intersection between health and wellness, community building, and overall making my creativity profitable with a heavy dose of altruism.

In all I do, in every challenge I face, I turn to Source. I approach everyday with openness, curiosity, and gratitude.
