Through my life I struggled with weight. I always wanted to be thin and healthy but could never quite get there. Finally through a personal trainer I learned to live a healthy lifestyle and that is what made all of the difference. Now I want to help girls and women out there who have also struggled to achieve the same. This blog was created to help women see that eating healthy is not as hard as it seems. Small changes can make a huge difference. I will be posting a few examples of what I eat on a day to day basis along with articles of how to stay fit. Exercise is important, but what we eat can make a big difference on how fast we get results. Please feel free to comment, share, and ask questions :)
