Sofia Scholtz

Sofia is an HR professional, a blogger, and an ESL teacher with an extensive experience working as an Executive Assistant to C level executives of multinational companies. Her solid experience in executive administration and her background in teaching English to foreign students have developed her to be confident, competitive, and careful at the same time. She is a teacher at heart with the sincere eagerness to continue learning and improve herself. She is a “mom” of 7 fur babies and likes listening to jazz lounge music while writing for her blog. Being born from a middle-class family, she had challenges in her personal life; however, through guidance along with her strength and resilience, she was able to rise above the challenges. With her background in Pre-Med and her personal interest in Psychology, HR, Education, and human relationships, she wishes to help her readers on relevant topics and personal issues.

Sofia considers integrity, mindfulness, compassion, respect and resilience vital to one’s success in life. She is a believer of positivity and the Law of Attraction. She strongly believes that everyone is capable of creating the life they dream of. She is currently a consultant, an ESL teacher, and a freelance writer. She does not consider herself to be an expert in any of the topics she writes about. She simply wants to share to her readers her thoughts and experiences and what she has witnessed happened to people she is close to.
