All my life I’ve had a horse of my own. A horse requires a constant care. Horses eats about 4 times a day, they have to be led to the pasture in the morning and then back to the stable in the evening, they need you to clean out in the stable, they need brushing and mostly they also need exercise, and that is generally the hole point with everything, to ride them.

Hopefully this gives you a small idea just how much responsibility is comes whit having a horse and for all us that has had one this responsibility often come naturally. This also shows that I can fulfil any projects and that I’m fully devoted to anything I’m passionate about. Even if it’s Christmas eve your horse still has to eat and it doesn’t matter how little you’ve slept, you still have to get up in the morning and lead the horse out.

Thanks to my interest in the local riding club I also learned how great it is with engagement. It all started when I joined the board for the junior section, we were responsible for the holiday activities and some local competitions. This grew and I became engaged in school, first as a class represent and then in the gymnasium I became president for the student association.

It was in the board for the junior section I first came in contact with economics. For a few years I was a treasurer and I could sit and recount the money many times the same day. It was true joy when the numbers in the computer summed up and matched the cash.

The interest for numbers and economy lasted and the need for engagement continued and last year I was president for the economical student association at Halmstad Universuty. This involves leadership, communication skills, administration, logistic thinking and most of all you see what a difference you can make for all the other students.

I believe in personal growing, I believe in hard work and I believe than nothing comes for free. But I also believe that all hard work will pay off in the end and if you put your self out there you will gain a new perspective of life.
