Sofiya Li is a Senior Project Manager and Account Manager with over two years of hands-on experience across engineering and creative industries. Based in Tashkent and open to international opportunities, she has built her career at the intersection of people, process, and delivery.

At Eloqwnt, a Dubai-based creative studio specializing in UX/UI design, branding, and web development, Sofiya leads end-to-end project delivery across a team of 20+ people. She has successfully closed 50+ creative projects, maintained a 99.9% client satisfaction rate, and built operational processes from scratch to ensure consistent delivery and team efficiency.

Before moving into the creative space, Sofiya worked at DMK Solutions, where she coordinated large-scale investment projects in the engineering sector. That environment sharpened her negotiation skills, her attention to documentation, and her ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, foundations she continues to build on today.

Alongside her professional work, Sofiya is completing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Webster University, where she focuses on business analytics, strategy, and operations.
