I am a General Manager with 10 years of experience in business strategy, commercial leadership, sales, marketing, business development and project execution.

My career has evolved from frontline sales to senior business leadership, giving me broad exposure to the complete business lifecycle from market understanding, business planning and project positioning to go-to-market strategy, marketing, revenue development, partnerships and operational execution.

I have worked across residential, commercial, township, mixed-use and plotted developments, along with hospitality and lifestyle-led projects. This experience has allowed me to work across different business models, customer segments and market environments.

Currently at AAROHA, I lead Strategy, Sales & Marketing and Business Development across a diversified portfolio covering plotted development, hospitality, SLB, wildlife, wellness and senior living. My role involves shaping business plans, commercial strategy, revenue models, project positioning, marketing direction, partnerships and organizational development.

Previously, at Hagwood Commercial Developers and Moraj Infratech, I held General Management roles with broad responsibility across sales, marketing, business development and operations, while leading multiple projects and market initiatives across Nagpur, Hyedrabad, Mumbai & Pune.
