Call for team is an international community of citizens who want to share their competencies and ideas in order to create great projects because they beleive that we are stronger together rather than promoting each one's own interest.

People from all around the world can meet and form project teams. By doing so, they become shareholder of their project, proportionnaly to the time and energy they bring to the project. This is the key difference to most businesses as there is no possibility to become stakeholder by capital.

Some projects are non profit, some others are profit, it depends on the intention of the initial team. As a plateform, Call for team is a tool for anybody to join in a project and focusing on developping value.

For proejcts aiming at developping business, a cooperative acts as a framework for distributing and selling products and services. It is a facility offered to the teams worldwide to avoid having to worry about having to create a company for the work you are doing. Then the cooperative is redistributing the revenue generated on the sales to the team.

In other word, Call for team is proposal for the reinvention of collaborative work, an alternative to volunteering, entrepreneurship or standard employement.

Late 2014, after having been asked by the french Ministry of Environement to go to the yearly World Climat Conference, I cofounded Open Team, a spin-off of Call for Team, which is dedicated to scaling the impact of entrepreneurs all around the world.
