RMTL Consulting Inc. is an Indigenous-owned company that specializes in transformative practices for learning and understanding. Solange Lalonde, Managing Director, created and published The Relational Model for Teaching and Learning(RMTL) (Lalonde, 2017) as her Master’s thesis in Educational Research in Curriculum and Learning at the University of Calgary. The RMTL serves as a methodology to guide planning and research for curriculum and learning. The model was validated by Dr. Reg Crowshoe and Blackfoot symbols were transferred through Ceremony on May 23, 2018.
