Solange Corm

Solange holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Administration from the Notre Dame University. She has over 8 years of extensive experience in recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration and in the organisation of internal team building activities. She is currently the Director of Human Resources working with Hilton Worldwide. Her main responsibilities include employee relations, staff communication, motivation, development and training. Solange is currently pursuing certification course in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Cornell University.
