I am an executive consultant specializing in crisis infrastructure and organizational effectiveness.

With more than 15 years of experience across government, higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, workforce development, and international sectors, I have led large-scale programs, developed policies and operational frameworks, strengthened organizational infrastructure, and guided cross-functional teams through periods of growth, change, and complexity.

My experience includes leadership roles within New York City government, Columbia University, District Attorney offices, healthcare organizations, workforce development institutions, nonprofits, and international initiatives. Throughout my career, I have partnered with executive leaders, healthcare systems, law enforcement agencies, public institutions, community organizations, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate complex initiatives, improve operations, and strengthen organizational performance.
