Here is how solar power system works: Your Solar panels on your rooftops will transform solar radiations into DC. Inverter will convert the DC power into stable 240V AC. Electricity smart meter will measure the electricity imported/ exported to and from the grid. Solar power will be used to run the household appliances. Energy monitor records power consumption. Surplus energy will be exported to the grid. The excess energy produced will give you financial savings which will turn into profits in the long term.
