Marcos Solis began his college career at Lone Star College-CyFair where he built a strong network and was actively involved on campus. Currently, Marcos is a sophomore at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University where he received the Presidential scholarship after transferring. He transferred to Texas Tech because of its appealing business program and is now pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business. He is an active member of the Tech Activities Board (TAB) and is a current pledge for Alpha Kappa Psi-a professional business fraternity.

By being continuously involved, Marcos has gained unique leadership experiences, new marketing strategies, communication skills, and has heightened his professionalism.

He will study abroad during the Fall of 2015 to further enhance his international experience and to capture the international persepective that will aid in his future business occupation.

Marcos is curently looking for a summer internship in the Houston, TX area to help advance his knowledge of business administration.
