I’m a passionate Customer Experience Management & Retention Marketing professional based in Abuja, Nigeria. With extensive experience in marketing automation, customer engagement, strategic communication, Customer Experience Strategy & Customer Service Design, I specialize in designing & deploying innovative strategies that improve customer experience leading to higher retention, increased loyalty, & higher revenue. For about a decade, I’ve led initiatives that increased Retention, Customer Lifetime Value, and Product Adoption; acquiring, retaining, and recovering billions of Naira in revenue all while ensuring exceptional customer experience for organizations and partners I have worked with.
