Solomon Morris Davis

A longtime presence in the Southern California real estate community, Solomon Morris Davis holds responsibilities as CEO of Somoda Management, Inc. A consistent focus over the years has been on undeveloped real estate zoned for residential and commercial uses. Solomon Morris Davis works to improve existing buildings, and also manages ground-up development projects.

Responsible for accounts payable and receivables, Mr. Davis is experienced in working with contractors to ensure timely, under-budget completion of all work performed. He capably negotiates with city and county officials in ensuring that zoning and permitting compliance is maintained.

With a real estate portfolio that includes managed buildings in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Davis also serves as chairman of P.I.E. Investment, LLC, a Tennessee company. His responsibilities there include management of Carver Pacific LLC, which oversees all aspects of a charter yacht operation. He completed a business degree at Los Angeles Southwest College and earned qualifications in his field at the Lumbeau School of Real Estate. Mr. Solomon Morris Davis is a member of Consolidated Board of Realtists of Southern California Inc. His leisure interests include fitness, boating, and attending Broadway performances.
