FACILITATOR:

Mary Rosener, MS, LMT - a MN based trauma therapist is offering these sessions as a way to share some of the nervous system regulation tools she uses in her work.

Mary's work is rooted in a systemic, attachment focused approach informed by applied neuroscience. She works with adults, couples, and families, and welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients and people of all relationship styles and identities. Her sessions actively challenge white supremacy and honor the impact of lived experience, culture, and context. Mary brings humor, occasional swearing, and deep self compassion into the room. She has been supporting clients in this work since 2007.

Mary will be offering sliding scale online groups for individuals with highly sensitive bodies soon. If you'd like info or to join the waitlist, please send her an email at [email protected] & follow her online for regulation tips & resources - https://www.instagram.com/wisebodywisemind and on TikTok at tiktok.com/@wise.body.wise.mi and on YouTube at & https://www.youtube.com/@WiseBodyWiseMind
