Ande Somby

Ánde is an associate professor at Tromsø Universitys law faculty. He is also a traditional yoiker and a musician. Ánde is a fluent Sámi speaker as he grew up in the sámi village Sirbma on the Norwegian side of the border between Norway and Finland.
