Raised on a farm in New Hampshire, I developed a passion for fitness and adventure with a deep-seeded desire to share that passion with others. My athletic experience began as a competitive equestrian. That athleticism transferred to many different sports in high school, which eventually led to collegiate level lacrosse.

After receiving my Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Marketing and International Business, the importance of fitness and using that ability to travel and experience the world was reinvigorated. I have since committed myself to this calling and aiding anyone with this spirit of adventure and eagerness for health. I have currently traveled to 40 different countries; several of which I have lived and trained others. Along the way I have challenged myself and experienced amazing things like climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp, walking 600km across Spain, and running three full marathons.

In South Korea I was an English Language teacher, and also a Crossfit Coach on a military base. Recently, I held the position as Head Coach at a Crossfit Box in Arizona, USA, coaching over 200 members and children. This calling has also given me the opportunity to compete at both Regional and local levels successfully.

Currently, this love of fitness and travel has led me to where I currently reside and work as a Crossfit Coach in the beautiful Chiang Mai, Thailand.
