Matka 420 is the name of a game also known as Matka 420 786 played in India. The game, Satta Matka is played by children or teenagers and played without any physical cards or dice. Players take turns rolling four dice, then they need to remember the sequence in which they rolled them, and tell the other players what they rolled.

The players who are not rolling need to listen carefully so that they can check if the player telling them their roll was telling the truth or not. If all of them are telling lies at once, then no one knows what is right or wrong and it needs to be decided with a majority vote.
