Shawna Sommerville

My name is Shawna Sommerville and I was born and raised in Port Perry, Ontario. Never heard of it? Not surprised. It is a town of around 9500 people, so it's kind of a know thy neighbour or thy friends neighbour or that girl you went to high school with's neighbour situation. I fell in love with social media in grade 7 when I first got my Facebook page up in running and when I enrolled in the Public Relations program at Durham College I knew it would be a good fit. I love planning events and I love designing new things. Whether I end up doing PR in Port Perry or Peru I'll be happier then ever because I will be doing something I know I love.
