Originally from Thailand, I'm an Executive chef with 15+ years of experience in sushi, French, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine, and my job is great! I've been blessed to travel all over the U.S. and supervise some of the hottest restaurants from Chicago to South Beach, Houston to Vegas! Consulting and managing struggling sushi bars has been my thing for awhile, and it's great to help bring up a business to its full potential.

Take a seat in front of me, and I will create Nigiri that will make your mouth water and flaming mussels that will tantalize your palate... More importantly I Iove to make people laugh and savor their dining experience. (And yes, that's a photo of my work in the background).
