My Personal Philosophy

I am Somyia Butler. I am from Camden NJ. Everyone thinks camden is the worst place to live because of the crime rate. In camden we rank the most homicides in the tristate, but i camden is really who you know and what you make it to be. I am actually proud to be from camden because a lot of famous people are from camden, such as Actress Tasha Smith , and Actress Lola Falana. The way I live my life each day is to the fullest, which means i never have regrets about my life. When I wake up I think you only live once so why not make each day an ever lasting.

My Work and Passion

As of right now I am currently a student at Camden County College, where I go to school during the day. In school my major is Criminal Justice and I want to learn about law enforcement with in my career. Also, at night I am currently employed at Forever 21 where i learn how to work with people and team up with them during group activities. I think these skills will tie into what i want to be later on in life such as studing Forensic Science. When I leave Camden County College I want to go to Johnson & Wales in North Miami where they have a Forensic Science Lab, so I can work hands-on. Hopefully, when I become a junior in college I want to apply for an intership at (NCIS).
