For the past 6 years Sondra has been living and working in Vietnam helping found the non-profit, STREETS International. STREETS is a Vietnam-based program helping teens from backgrounds of poverty, orphanages, neglect and even human trafficking. It is part culinary and hospitality school, part full-service restaurant, incorporated into a full residential program and boasts a 100% placement record within two months after graduation. For the first several years of its start-up to full sustainable operations, Sondra functioned as its Executive Director.
Prior to her non-profit work in Vietnam she had more than 15 years of professional experience in venture startups and operations as a management consultant and interim C-level executive.

She was instrumental in managing operations for this Houston start-up that grew to 100 employees. Before its acquisition by AllConnect, WhiteFence was a market leader in web-based utility connection services operating over 50 websites with 10,000,000 visitors a month.

For this leading website optimization firm focusing on increasing conversion rates of websites, she led the company during their start-up phase and positioned them for Series A funding.
Interim COO of Healthy Home
Healthy Home is the first on-line mall for non-toxic household and personal care products. Prior to their acquisition, she worked with them to manage and optimize operations for both Healthy Home and their key supplier, Chae Organics.
During her career, she has led more than 100 client engagements counseling CEOs and entrepreneurs. Among her challenges were analyzing organizational structure, lead acquisition integrations, and business process improvement. Clients included: Synavant, (CRM solution for the pharma industry) supporting the CEO as they acquired European targets; IXL (early website development company aggregator) supporting the COO as they acquired 1-2 new companies a month; TManage, as their interim EVP HR creating and implementing a strategy to rapidly ramp up and train a new 100 person technical support department.
