I am a legal expert with extensive experience in advising both national and international companies across Cambodia. Currently, I serve as a Legal Associate and Senior Legal Advisor at iLAW CAMBODIA LAW OFFICE and also act as a Certificate of Origin Agent.

Previously, I worked as the Managing Partner’s Assistant at MENG & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE (2023 – May 2025) and as a Commercial Law Consultant at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), Cambodia (2023–2024).

My expertise spans commercial law, investment law, tax law, labor law, consumer protection law, and competition law. I am particularly skilled in dispute resolution, mediation, Double Taxation Agreements (DTA), Bilateral Investment Treaties (BIT), Free Trade Agreements (FTA), and litigation.

Beyond legal advisory, I assist companies with regulatory compliance, legal research, preparation of Certificates of Origin (CO), and broader business law solutions.
