Sonia Pérez Aragón

I've more than eight years of experience in Training and Development, designing and implementing programs in different modalities (face-to-face, b-Learning and e-Learning) and for different areas and customers (Psychology, Engineering, ICT, International Cooperation, Primary, Secondary and Teacher Training). I've also worked on In-Company Training, providing innovative learning solutions and completely adapted to customer needs .

In all organizations where I developed my career, I've performed Project Manager functions and I've participated in internal improvement projects and review of processes, collaborating with other departments and reporting to Manager.

In this moment, I'm interested in talent development and new ways of learning in organizations, especially by the opportunities offered by technology and Web 2.0.
