With expertise in successfully managing all aspects of HR, including leadership, management development and talent management across a myriad of industries, Sonia is currently working as the Senior Human Capital manager for Metito (Overseas) Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience in implementing all HR policies, and has implemented a full training and development function for Metito Ltd. She is also involved in designing, implementing and managing a robust succession planning framework and process. Her pastimes are scuba diving, reading and dancing.
