Larger than Life

I’m a creature from the Mediterranean sea, drifted across the ocean along with heaps of garbage against a cracked doorsill in Brooklyn.

My words bore out of a cramped nook where perceptions strike at acute angles and spiral across the sphere: balls of glass, dandelion seed pods, the cyan globe. Swirl by swirl, the mind unwinds and the circle ceases to be vicious. It uncoils into a spiral that unravels between ends. Infinite ends.
