I worked as the head of legal for an international industrial group in Ireland. This was my best experience ever in a company, the team work was incredible and I felt passionate about delivering services to end clients. After this amazing experience, I went back to France and found myself not satisfied with positions in law firms.So I decided to pursue a long time dream of s tarting my own business. I discovered the different hats we need to wear as entrepreneurs and how overwhelming that can be. I decided to give some peace of mind to women & young entrepreneurs by offering affordable, flexible and practical services.

Here are some examples of what I have been doing so far for my clients:

• drafted terms of use for a new online social network
• drafted terms and conditions for an e-commerce site for cooking lessons
• set-up of a new technology company (drafting the business partner agreement).

When I’m not working, I’m watching movies or sci-fi series, improving my yoga or planning my next travel trip.
