My background includes a career in residential real estate sales and new construction sales project management in the Seattle area. I have been marketing online for more than 10 years. It’s an ongoing, and a continual learning experience.

My education background is a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing.

I’ve been online since 1996. My background is in real estate marketing and sales, and have authored a book on helping people understand the real estate process. I currently hold a Real Estate Brokers License in Washington State.
