Sonnet Jane Harrison

Passionate about volunteer work, Sonnet Jane Harrison is a member of the Junior League of San Francisco, through which she strives to advance the emotional and social well-being of the city's youth and elderly populations. Since joining the nonprofit in 2016, she has organized a toy drive and created an event to raise money and awareness for youth survivors of human trafficking, among other endeavors. Sonnet Jane Harrison also provides volunteer counseling services through Marina Counseling Center and the Ed Fund of San Francisco.

Supporting her efforts in this work, Sonnet Harrison holds membership with the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the San Francisco Collaborative Against Human Trafficking. A proponent of mindfulness and mediation, she is also a founding member of Anchor Meditation.

Regarding her professional endeavors, Ms. Harrison is the owner of mindfulness and self-care website Creative Introspection and previously worked as a childcare consultant with a focus in early literacy. She is pursuing a master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of San Francisco, and holds a bachelor's in psychology and a bachelor's in child and adolescent development from San Francisco State University.
