Food/ Health: "Raw" food diet is the 100% hands down the best lifestye to embrace. Its not as hard as people say. Eat kale everyday in a salad or juice/shake it up. Eat raw veggies and fruit every day. I stay away from cow milk and cheese, glutton, sugar and general processed foods. Consume greens, beans, quinoa, nuts, and fish. I do like eggs but hate soy and tofu. Love my sushi too. This will change your life.

Politics: My view to fix this mess would be like this.. the Dept Education gets shut down, give the states the money to fix their own uniqe problems and not waste all the money in overhead. (watch "the Cartel" documentary). We would bring all our troops home and build a strong permament border patrol. Restructure the IRS so they stop focusing on individual citizens and refocus onto banks and corporations. Individual citizens are fererally taxed 10% across the board. If you make over 1.5 million it goes up to 12.5%. If you make over 10.5 million if goes up to 15%. Fed Res is fired. Replace federal reserve note "dollar" with gold and silver standards. USDA and FDA are restructured to jointly target drug/pharma companies and processed food companies, Revolving door is closed between private industry and government offices that can be seen as conflict of interest, ATF refocused onto human trafficking entirely renamed HTA, Congress and Senate get their pay after they leave office only for 7 years, now a limit, All votes and bills are given to the people for review on facebook or similar site. Some of the massive savings proposed above can go to the states to help them start their education system over. With guidelines per "student to administrator" ratios in districts.

I researched all the candidates and the only person who is fighting for the people as a whole is Ron Paul. He stands by the Constitution and we all should too. I really put a lot of effort in my research and digging. Dr. Paul is the man! He must win.
