I have spent my life purposefully following a passion for lifestyle enhancement! Gastronomy, viticultural and enological pursuits, artisanally produced craft beers, craft spirits and fine art are just a few of the areas of study I have pursued.

As a pioneering executive and serial entrepreneur I have founded and built many businesses: a fine dining restaurant, a gastropub, a specialty retail, fine wine, deli and wine bar and also started my own wine label, Tesoro, producing three vintages of single vineyard Viognier and Syrah.

I have left my mark by passing along the experience and knowledge gained via "standing on the shoulders of giants" to each individual I have had life's grace to engage with. Whether sabering a Nebuchadnezeer of Champagne into a towering pyramid of glasses or pouring a sample of fine wine on the tailgate of a pickup truck in a field I have always believed that everyone who shares my passion for enhancing their lifestyle is a part of my tribe and I give them 110% of myself!

At times my strive to attain perfection can become obsessive but the results are usually something worth it; like the time I spent a summer perfecting the "World's Beefiest Burger Recipe."
