I am a wife, I am a mom to two boys. I I have been working in healthcare for 8 years as an OT, and as a doula for 2 years supporting birthing moms. After supporting many moms who had beautiful but uncomfortable births, and experiencing the same for myself, I knew that there had to be a better way. Finding Hypnobabies has been the answer; you are able to fully be a part of your birth, do it naturally, and comfortably. I decided I had to teach these classes
