I am a pioneer of growth in Scouting. My career is a journey of authentic leadership that has monumentally achieved growth for the Boy Scouts of America, faith based missions, and youth and human service organizations. My leadership impact spans across the U.S. having secured over $50 million in revenues for Scouting in 9 BSA councils and 19 U.S. and global impact faith-based and youth serving organizations. As a highly skilled leader, recruiter, communicator, organizer and influencer, I have lead the strategic development and execution of plans impacting over 10 million youth and families through 29 Executive Boards and over 70 staff and 50,000 volunteers.

My philosophy to achieving mission growth is collaborating constituents, elevating the vision through inspiration and strategic execution.

As a multi-ethnic, first generation White-Asian American, I have a keen interest in the success of culture collaboration for the success of our world through Scouting and ministry. I have extensive mission growth results impacting diverse markets throughout the U.S. and have engaged with cultures abroad in Asia, Europe, Central America and the Holy Land, Inclusive of Israel and the West Bank on faith-based mission work.
