Sonya Morgan Murphy

I grew up in Ramseur, NC. I love to travel. I have never been out of the USA, but I have been as far north as NY, and south to FL and HI. And, as far west as CA. I have driven across the country 2 times. Once on I40 from NC to CA. Then, I came back from CA on I80 for a different route. I loved the travel, and getting to see all the different landscapes. I want to do more of that. I have the most wonderful son, and husband, and mom in the world - to me anyway.

I have worked since I was 16, and I babysat before that. I have recently lost 85 pounds. I am the smallest I have been my entire adult life. It is awesome.

I love life. I love spending time with my family, and my congregation, and my friends. I like to cook, sometimes. But, I hate cleaning up the mess left behind...:)

My worst habit is not keeping my car clean enough. It is also my son's worst habit. That apple didn't fall far from the tree. But, in other ways, he is just like his dad. I love him with all my heart, and there is almost no way I could be a prouder mom than I am.

My hubby is one of the greatest men I have ever known. Don't get me wrong, he can irritate the stuffings out of me, but I truly love him, more than he will ever know.

My mom is my best friend in the whole world. And, I could never express how deeply I love her. With all that she has gone through in this life, I admire her strength, and resilience so much. We have been through so much, together. She is an amazing person. Something that most people would never realize about her.

I have one of the cutest puppy dogs in the whole world. I wa s there the day he was born, and when I got to bring him home, he sat on my shoulder most of the way. He stole my heart. He is the most snuggleable little thing I have ever had. He falls asleep in my arms. I love that little buddy more than he'll ever know, but I try to show him every day.

I have two other dogs, that I keep outside, because they are so big. But, I truly love them also. Dogs are my favorite animal. And, they all seem to know it as soon as they see me.

I love to laugh, and have fun, and just be plain out goofy sometimes. I love to make others laugh. I am a really good listener, when my friends need to pour out their hearts, I am more than glad to try to help them.

I am a good teacher/trainer. Most of the jobs I have had have involved me training others.
