Hi, I’m Sonya. I have been the band director at Charles C. Erwin Middle School in Salisbury since 1997. I received my Bachelor of Music Education from UNCG in 1996 and my Master of Music Education from East Carolina University in 2011. I am a National Board Certified teacher and have worked with the UNCG Summer Music Camp since 1993. I reside in Salisbury with my husband Chris, and two sons, Thomas and James.
