Hey, I'm Sonya!

A country girl born and raised in the foothills of North Carolina who has a passion for helping others transform their lives. A mother of one and a voice of hope to many. A graduate of Wilkes Community College and Gardner-Webb University majoring in Business Administration, Office Systems Technology, and Human Services. Sonya is a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist.

Sonya is the first to offer you a fresh perspective on life opting to view it as half-full. As a student of life, she believes that everything happens for a reason, even the stuff we don't like. You are receiving a blessing or a lesson, but either should be considered a gift from life.

She prides herself as an optimist, an advocate, and a resource for those who do not have a support system. A philanthropist at heart, Sonya finds great joy in helping and serving those in need.

Sonya is an influential writer, blogger, and inspirational spokeswoman who encourages others to change their lives by challenging their thoughts and perspectives. Her life is the canvas she uses to tell others, especially women, who have endured trauma that you don't have to accept the label of “victim.” As a survivor herself, she boldly proclaims that you are somebody's answer.
