I teach yoga (LOVE Ashtanga yoga), started Yoga in the Park in WNC, lead yoga retreats in Costa Rica - see 4theloveofyoga.com. I also do marketing...own and operate TrulyTwsitedMarketing.com. I do lot's of writing and teaching and yoga AND I love using social media as means to connect and grow. One of my big goals is to travel all over teaching. It's a fun life :)
